After a sufficient time in the demo I felt compelled to write this quick review.

I came into the game hating EVERYTHING. The stiff animations, basic running/climbing template, dialogue not matching up with subtitles, and the subpar intro. I hated the first 15-30 minutes of the demo and was ready to stop and write it off. However I didn't and gave the rest of the game a fair shot. Eventually I came around to really liking how the game feels. The world and dialogue actually feel real and I was easily immersed in just running around and exploring all the random things I can do. With this being the demo build I hope that, with the full release coming around the corner, they are able to fix and fine tune things here and there. Overall there's a lot of potential in this one and depending on the price I might nab it immediately or patiently wait for a sale.

To all you out there. The outcome of everything is 100% WORTH IT. Please, if you are even MILDLY interested in this game, please play it

I should just clean my room

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU CAN CONTINUE YOUR SAVE WHEN THE GAME FULLY COMES OUT.

However the devs are very on top making previous saves compatible with updates. So, with that said, this game is so great that I don't even mind starting over if it ever does happen. So that can give you an idea of how amazing this game is already.

I ONLY recommend this game as an investment.

This has the potential to be one of the best games of this genre.
However, like many other reviews have stated, most relationships are shallow, the mini-games get real stale, and there are a few bugs still here and there. The recent update (as of 9/27/2022) gives me hope that the developers really do care about what we're saying and are doing their best to deliver on community expectations. I hope for the best because this was one of the few games that actually made me want to do a review.

*Got 3rd in one of their Discord challenges so I received the game for free*

As a self-proclaimed top runner I can say without a doubt this game is a lot of fun! Fluid controls, fun and interesting level design, and the fun speed boost mechanic(similar to b-hopping) makes this game a 10/10 in my book. I would definitely recommend to try out the free challenge levels in their discord if you want some kind of demo. Well worth the look and could definitely be well worth the price if this is the game you're into.
