ASIA has only Japan server, laggy as hell. Some characters are heavily unbalanced. Almight can dish out 250 damage in 2 sec at level 1 . while Dabi does only 35 damage in 5 seconds at level 1. some ranged shots won't even connect with some characters

Best F2P shoots available right now. The servers are better than most AAA titles. The game is being constantly updated and improved by the devs.
