Good game! Had a lot of fun playing this and Strange Horticulture over the past few days. Puzzles were trickier in Antiquities than Horticulture, which was great in my opinion - they were also a little more interesting with the identifying of artefacts compared to identifying of plants.

Vibes of the game were fantastic. Love the setting, great fun seeing one of my favourite parts of the UK turned into a spooky place.

My one teeny tiny gripe is I'd like to see an easier way to note which Endings I got, as I think I managed to get 5 or 6 of them but suspect there's more that I missed based on the numbers.

Can recommend! Fun little puzzler, gave me a few evenings of fun. Very satisfied.

it's a sudoku game. if you like sudoku you'll like this. the hints are well designed and great for when you're stuck in that they both explain why a number goes in a square as well as what number goes in a square

Excellent story game, with great characters and interesting plot. The way they managed to bring 'do multiple playthroughs' in as an integral part of the story was great. Extremely queer in the best way. Really enjoyed it.

A fun optimisation puzzle game. Once the non-grindy (200k prosperity, 250 cities) achievements have been gotten it feels like there's not much else to do, but I imagine I'll come back every now and again for a chill game now that I've gotten most of the achievements.

has some minor glitches, and certain romances/companion storylines are less fleshed out than others

but considering how many hours i've put in and i'm still finding new story content, it's worth the money.

very good version of dwarf fortress. much easier to see how things are going on, and i was a diehard ascii fan. there's minor ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ - the way stairs are built is infuriating, announcements you would do well to manually edit in the txt file, and certain panels like military and health are less useful/missing. but otherwise, it is a massive step up in terms of usability and playability from the classic version. if you haven't played it before, i highly recommend it. if you have played it before, i also highly recommend it.

A very fun little roguelike builder. Build a university, pump out educated students, run screaming from the evil horde. takes a bit more brain than you'd expect for a fun little game, but has given me many hours of entertainment. Would recommend if you enjoy short term management games, rather than a potentially infinite management game.

number 1 tip: Arcane is the best mana, go for arcane room as soon as possible.

note: has very vivid flashing screens at multiple points. for someone who's more sensitive to flashes than I am, it could be a health issue. Thankfully for me it just made me feel queasy.

just spent *checks steam* just over 36 hours devouring this story. it delivered.

i am stuck in an endless game of emotions

be warned, a good chunk of the descriptions in this are very disturbing.

"Sexually harrassing coworkers" is not a funny joke. Was enjoying the game up until this 'fun' tidbit about one of the monsters came up. Not cool.

I adore path of exile, as you may be able to tell from my number of hours played. However, I cannot recommend the game in its current state.

There are two main reasons for it, one major one minor.

The major reason is the lack of feedback. For an experienced player, like me, there are still times when I die and have no idea what happened, or have to go die a few more times to find out. This lack of feedback frustrates me as a long time player, and I both suspect it would turn off new players and know some potential new players who stopped playing because of this. Until there is better information on why you die, or what to do to not die, I cannot recommend path of exile.

The minor reason is less of a deal breaker, but trade is a bit of a shambles, as well as a game being reliant on trade. You can technically play SSF (solo self found) but it limits how many builds you can do by a huge amount, which is the main reason I personally play. Until trade becomes more reliable and I'm not spending more time messaging people than playing the game, I would be wary of recommending Path of Exile. It got to the point where I would rather do housework than trade in path of exile.

If these two issues can be fixed, then the game is otherwise very good. But these two issues mean it's not friendly at all for new players.
