You do drain a lot of water from a lot of places. It does capture the the feeling watching those videos of people clearing culverts and drains to drain flooded streets. Satisfying.

Just a warning: The game shown in the screenshots and promo material are only act 1. Daniel Mullins does his thing and changes the theme of the game a few times throughout the playthrough. You'll always be playing a card game, just that the rules and themes will change. Not very replayable, but I think its worth the first playthrough
