A miserable experience I only tried to ride out out of my love for Symphony of the Night.

Don't play this game. Play SotN instead. That's what you're after.

There were issues with shared steam libraries now that renders the game unable to be played, but talking to support has solved all the problems. I was even in communication with vice president of the company or some such.
