Depending on what you value in a game, your mileage will vary quite severely with Cyberpunk. If hyper-engaging gameplay and mechanics that are finessed down to the finest detail is what you're looking for, the game in it's current state, even after the Edgerunners update, is not for you. However, if captivating, interesting, and occasionally campy characters, stellar writing, and art direction that couldn't be more accurate to the source material is enough to negate the occasionally shoddy gameplay, then I would recommend it. Maybe not at full price, but this game on sale, even for twenty bucks, is definitely worth it. I would also install it on your SSD if you have the space and are willing to use it, as the buggy nature of the game is amplified on a slower drive like your standard hard drive.

I liked it, but if complex themes such as transhumanism, metaphysics, or the inevitability of death bore you or freak you out too much to engage with the subject matter, then skip this one.

It's easy to call this, "the best VR game on the market," simply because it is one of the only *real* games on the market. Playing something that is polished and not a glorified tech demo puts this game in a league of it's own, only really shared by Boneworks, which it beats in my opinion.

Stasis is arguably the worst game mechanic introduced in any video game ever.

its a watered down space station 13, which is great, because its more accessible to dunces like me who want to just go in and ♥♥♥♥ everything up.
