Where do I even start? This game is such a treasure in many, many aspects.

Story: Probably one of the best, possibly the best story I have ever experienced in a game. The start isn’t too slow, usually keeps you thrilled throughout the whole playthrough, and oh my god — the plot twists! If you at least try to sympathize with the characters, you will find them all enjoyable. Also, there are a lot of heart-touching moments that play with your emotions. 10/10

Dialogues: EVERY single NPC has something to tell. I can’t stress enough how amazing it is to just go through a town and click on everything that seems capable of talking. If you enjoy dialogues, roleplaying, decision-making, and all this stuff, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Gameplay: DO ELEMENTAL MAGIC. Even if you don’t like mages, all this elemental synergy with two (or even three) types of magic and how it interacts with the environment is simply amazing. Never have I ever encountered such incredible synergy with all the elements. Of course, warriors are great too, and the ability to go “necromancer warrior” or simply “battle mage” (hell, even just a pure warrior is fun to play) is just so exciting, even if you use the basic abilities. The Source magic might feel a bit more special because sometimes you just feel like, “That’s it?” but other than that, it’s really good. So many ways to get the upper hand over your enemies (or get completely destroyed by an archer teleporting to high ground)… It’s really versatile. The trait system, attribute system, and spell memorizing… You can really go for some nasty combos. Get a trait that increases your damage depending on what you are currently standing in (standing in fire? No problem — your fire arrow gets a bonus). Or ignore increasing damage and get the ability to talk to a dog. Yes. He speaks like a human now. And yes, it can reveal many, many secrets. Pet Pal — number one trait.

Graphics: Go to YouTube. Check 1 minute of special effects. If you don’t think it’s amazing, then you are weird. Love the effects on frost and fire spells. <3
