It's just like an arcade shooter where pngs of anime girls slide out from behind cover and it can either be a big tittied anime girl bandit or a innocent half naked big tittied anime girl, shooting the innocent is a no no of course but then you got the revolver with 6 bullets and you have to strategically time when to reload and messing this up will often get you killed. This game is an exciting, heart racing, highly skillful game that really makes you not only react fastly and click on the banditos but also make tactical decision making with reloading and not hitting the innocent waifus. However the name is very misleading and the closest to hentai you get is half naked 2d anime girl pictures sliding across the room... 7/10 - Didnt make me beat my meat but made me want to beat my score multiple times.
