My initial thoughts:
There is a lot of customizability in each class.
Was expecting better graphics for a game that was released last year.
Combat is boring, the same 4 or 5 buttons over and over again.
No option for playing offline, which means that occasionally you'll get dropped from the server and will have to restart your mission.
I've had to restart the playthrough because when I got to the ship, I couldn't travel to new missions.
