A beautiful game. It is hard to describe in words how I feel about this game. It felt weirdly emotional finishing this game, despite there not being a huge amount of story. Maybe it is because of the soundtrack or the goal of finding potato seeds for what I assume is a famine?
Weird little dungeon crawler. You will definitely like this if you like Etrian Odyssey and/or Wizardry.

Amazingly frustrating

My first digimon game and it's a really good one. Shares a lot of elements with SMT games but is more lighthearted cause of its setting. The game has really high production value and respects your standards unlike a certain other monster collecting rpg franchise

Peak has never peaked this hard before.

Completely epic experience of cozy proportions

Horrendous PC port with too many issues to list. Game literally does not boot up without some workarounds. Game also doesn't work with controllers. Absolute failure on Square Enix's part.

Great game with cute graphics, an intriguing story and a unique take on turn based battles.

Several things make this game interesting to me compared to its contemporaries but let me start witht he gameplay: The AP system is a weird version of the usual MP systems you see in most other games. It is a resource but restoring it is not limited to just using items or specific skills; you can sacrifice turns as well by guarding. Guarding seems to be tailor made for each character by having each guard give different effects than just restoring AP. Really cool system that already makes it unique enough for me to want to give it a genuine try.

As for story, this game takes the approach that games like Trials of Mana or Octopath have taken. You get to play a bunch of introduction chapters for each character which eventually results in all characters meeting. It's executed in a lovely way. Each introduction chapter does a ton of world building by telling a story from a completely opposite perspective of another. I admit I have yet to finish the game but it is very promising so far.

Honestly just look at the steam page when it comes to the graphics. It's one of the best looking games in terms of pixel art. Very cute chibi style reminiscent of the older titles it takes inspiration from, but also unique in its own right.

Highly recommend this game to anyone into rpg's, especially turn based ones with a nice story attached.

Cool short indie rpg. Incredibly high quality art. The music and story are also really nice. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a unique indie rpg.
