Every once in a while, I come back to this game when I don't know what game to play. "Alright, lets start up Ark and see how far we get." And then I grind the game for at least 2 weeks. There's always this need for more. Gather resources to tame dinosaurs, then die and loose everything as you have to run like h*ll to get your stuff back at the location you died. Only to find it guarded by multiple boa's, raptors, terror birds, you name it. Once you're a bit further in the game, you start taking risks more as you feel protected by your fellow dinosaurs. Time to explore, you think. You thought wrong, when you stumble into a T-rex with your pack of raptors. Red names flash across your screen, and you start running for your life with the last raptor you have. But the rex gains up speed, and you have to decide. Do you and your raptor die, or do you sacrifice your ride? Quickly dismounting, whistling to stay and then running for your life, you shed a tear as the last red name appears on your screen.

Oh well, time to start over and create a new army. Oh look a Argentavis! I don't have one of those yet. Can I tame it with the stuff I have? I sure can try!
