Was a big fan of CS1, especially with the right mod combination. That said, CS2 is a definite improvement. Many of my favorite mods (or something like them) have made their way into the base game. Some of the changes are great, while a few I could do without. (like making electrical and water be a part of roadways, I feel its a good thing, but should be an option on or off of all roads for some cheaper infrastructure). If you were a fan of CS1 or other city builders like SimCity, you will enjoy this game.
I am looking forward to mods making their way into this game, hopefully there can be a universal library API so they mesh easier this time around?

This is the best release version of a game made by Bethesda in decades. Yes, there are some bugs. Yet, none of them seem game breaking to me (currently Level 25).
There could have been some better tutorials to some of the new game mechanics added in this game over their games of similar builds (Fallout, TES games, etc) However, the world is enjoyable, the game runs smooth, and the Mods we will soon see will only make the game that much more enjoyable. Bethesda may have finally saved some face from the FO76 failures.
