Always adds you out of the blue

Most likely compromised accounts turned into bots that now add people and get you to sign in to a website called "RustPush" that REQUIRES you to sign in through steam..... (https://imgur.com/a/wPLw11o)

UPDATE: I think it's a bot that repeats it's message then goes offline again. as obviously when you call them out they either swear at you then block or just unfriend. Instead it said it's message again and went offline after about a minute (I guess it was spamming the others first then stopped)

Unfortunately I am not sure. It appears that instead of a UK server we now use the EU server. As for exact reason I am not sure...maybe to reduce server costs?

Came across another potential scammer...you know when they immediately un-friend you after saying you're not interested in any "Offers" that they're only adding you to try and scam you :)

He added me as a friend yesterday and today messaged me about rust...after explaining that my PC is currently having EVERYTHING reinstalled he was then asking me about voting for his team on this website: http://mixgameit.com/ but I seemed skeptical and so decided to use some scanning webpages to get info. There are buttons like about and stuff at the bottom of the webpage...which aren't actually buttons at all just text that changes colour when the mouse hovers over them...if this is not a suspicious website then I don't know that is :/

This is a warning to all those website advertiser gits. If you add me as a friend to propose about your website you will be IMMEDIATELY blocked!
