I've never had any experience with any Master of Magic-like game before, so my enjoyment of this game is purely on its own merits. I'm really loving this game so far, and even more I'm loving the new concepts in this strategy genre. I've only experienced the first campaign so far, but based on that the game seems generally complete so far. Looking forward to working through the next campaign, and discovering the main game after that!

Solid pinball fun. Even though Zen Studios is working on a new version (Pinball FX, releasing ~2022) this one will forever be a classic experience, sitting in my virtual pinball table, for years to come.

Sweet F2P goodness. This is the game that I continually recommend to my friends with the description of what "Free to play should be." No "power ups, or game advancing purchases" offered. Cosmetic purchases only. Increased stash is kind of on the edge of "quality of life" and a necessity, but is maybe the only 'required' purchase if you want to play for a while. a super nice way to help show appreciation for the game though.

Wow. Just wow. I remember this one time, that my frame rate on my I9, 2080 computer could throw a full 60 FPS. After 80+ hours on my second attempt on this game, I can't get more than 20 frames/sec on my main planet. I think they added extra planets to this game so folks could get decent frame rates again. :D

This game is... one of the best I've ever played. It feels nearly feature-complete even in its current state, but I can see so, so much more potential for evolution! I can't wait to pick it back up in a few months when the devs continue this journey.

Feature requests:
1) Blueprint support: ability to lay down a blueprint and have it be crafted and items automatically placed
2) Mod support
3) Configurable request levels--priority levels along with amounts of items, as well as options for round-robin requests for items. I'd like to have my power system have a higher priority for items over research items, etc.
4) More granularity with respect to amounts for requests: often times I need less than the current minimum of 100 items of something at a given location.
5) Personal-Logistical requests/trash, like Factorio has. Such as, have craft come and make sure I have X amount of items, or take a stack of items away.
6) More advanced logistical detail in terms of production lines (I'd like to be able to see how component A is being produced, highlighting bottlenecks, where and how many items are being produced on various planets/systems).
7) Stacking for more production equipment, like stacked assemblers, or stacked smelters
8) Ability to rename planets, and systems
9) Ability to set tags on a planet (or global map) for where certain items are produced. At a certain point, it almost takes longer to find where an item is produced than it takes to fix production issues.
10) More transportation options for the player character. Example: some kind of automated transportation for the Atlas (that's the robot's name right?) where I could request a pickup and drop off at a different planet/system.
10.1) Teleportation network: ability to transport either the player, or craft from one teleporter to another

Super fun writing, good gameplay, and full controller support. Will be in my active game library for some time to come!

This is one of the best games I’ve played this decade. Love the game, and love the developers.

I can't believe it's been so long since a game like this has been made, and oh man has it. This is a tactics + job style game similar to Final Fantasy Tactics and Ogre Battle. I really love how Fell Seal combined this, since the tactics part is very solid, and the job aspect lets you build, customize, and tweak your squad. Even better, there's an actual comprehendable story line which actually seems to push this game forward, instead of just being some awkward placeholder like in FFT.

The game is wonderful, but still needs a few balance tweaks in my opinion. Fortunately the developers are extremely in touch with their fan base, and have been launching both balance patches, and full content updates regularly. I'll keep a close eye on this one, and can't wait to see where the final game ends up!

I loved Roller Coaster Tycoon, and to me this game is to RCT as Cities Skylines was to Sim City. I love indie developers that can write a game to rival a long standing franchise!
