Saw Jerma stream it, had to grab it. 10/10 content for the price. Very fun active/idle game, very expansive skill tree, and good gameplay loop

This game is fantastic. Although there are a few bugs and a few soft/hard locks here and there, this game is a result of love and hard work from the Dev. Survival mode is an incredible feat, and something I'm so excited to see expanded to its full potential. Please support this dev and game any way you can. <3

Sadly, this game is a shell of its former self. The addition of premium currencies, battle pass, and the new modes feels sloppy and nothing more than a cash grab. The removal of 6v6 (one less tank now), 2cp, any like any form of earning things for free shows how much the mentality of Blizzard has shifted from games to profits. The changes like the battle pass, 5v5, more focus on damage, and extreme monetization of things that used to be free just screams how inept the development team is at following through with the game's original vision. Plus the gutting of the PvE story mode campaign, and slicing it up to serve season after season, and expecting us to pay for it like it's an entirely new and edge of the line mode is sickening. Blizzard halted all communication and development of Overwatch 1 in service of a PvE expansion, went dead silent in both updates and news for years, announced this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ project as "the next step of Overwatch", and sadly that step was right into cow manure. I enjoyed Overwatch 1 since release and experiencing Overwatch 2 has been such a let down and a disappointment. Every quick play game is dominated by damage heroes, and any support that isn't based around both self movement AND burst healing their team is sub-tier. This is no longer the incredible team-based, strategic, organized game it used to be. It tried to be like games of the zeitgeist, and refused to acknowledge why it was separate from those titles in the first place. Sadly, this game will be either run into the ground with decreasing player counts outside of events and horrible monetization, or the people in charge will be removed and we have a repeat of radio silence, no updates, and we impatiently wait for Overwatch 3, promising that this time things will be so much better.

I received this game way back in May of 2018, probably from a Humble Bundle, and didn't think much of it. Just another game to add to my library, and maybe randomly play sometime in the future. However, this game so far has blown me away. Stories: The Path of Destinies is amazing on all fronts. The combat is swift and smooth, the art is unique and adorable, and the exploration feels like I'm actually searching around these environments. The real kick of the game is that you are able to finish a story in ~30 minutes if you're just relaxing, but all these stories have different endings, and the choices you make change the ending. It's not as complex as TellTale games, or Until Dawn, but this manages to capture a world at war, and put you in control of the main character. I would highly recommend this game to anyone looking for a fun single player game with fun combat, great narrative, and an almost mystery solving aspect when discovering all the endings.
