Grüne Bohnensuppe

Zubereitung

Arbeitszeit: ca. 45 Min. / Koch-/Backzeit: ca. 1 Std. / Schwierigkeitsgrad: normal / Kalorien p. P.: keine Angabe

Die Brechbohnen putzen und in ca. 1 cm große Stücke schneiden. In Salzwasser mit Suppengrün (geputzt und zerkleinert), Kassler (mundgerechte Stücke) ca. 1 Std. kochen lassen. 3 bis 4 Kartoffeln in kleine Würfel scheiden und ca. 1/2 Std. vor Schluss zusammen mit dem Brühwürfel und Pfeffer hinzufügen.

1 Zwiebel klein würfeln und mit durchwachsenen Speckwürfeln goldgelb anbraten. Einen Teelöffel Mehl hinzugeben, anschwitzen und in die kochende Suppe geben. Bohnenkraut - am besten frisch - kurz mitkochen.

Schmeckt nach jedem Aufwärmen besser!

Tipp: Cabanossi, Suppenfleisch oder Speck statt Kassler verwenden.
