Re-posting this cause I decided to make a more elaborate and serious rant this time.
This game has became greedier and more shameless over time.
I've been tracking my pull rates for over 2 years and it never seems to match the expected "3% rate" for three stars or "0.7%" rate for the rateup unit. I've seen countless people drop this game due to going hundreds and hundreds of pulls without getting the rateup. Not that they should need it since the game has a 200 pull spark, but it unmasks the fact that Nexon shameleslly manipulates those rates whenever they feel like. I've even went as far as to making another account to test it, and the first 6 months had godlike gacha rates, but after one year and a bit further it dropped dead so hard. It's unbelievable.

---Retrospective and relation with the playerbase gacha-wise---

In the first year and a half of the game they used to give plenty of compensations and freebies for acceleration, lots of milestones to farm resources and it was a decent tradeoff. After some time, they started powercreeping every single old unit in the game with the newer festival units. Up to a certain point it's to be expected, but after some time, they also introduced timed limited pull tickets instead of pyroxene (the currency that can be used for many things among pulls, freely at any given time). Then they slowly over time stopped giving as much freebies. Newer units get FAR less momotalks (which was another very good pyroxene income). And the last straw is the double-fes which happens every 6 months. Before you'd have enough time to gather around 600 pulls every 6 months, 200 of those would automatically go towards a fes, and maybe another 100 towards the limited banner before. Leaving you with around 200-400 pulls to choose to use across those 6 months. But now you're quite literally being held at gunpoint, there's no banners in between for F2P or low spenders, you're forced to not pull on anything in case this game feels like screwing hard with you. Mind you my last fes pulls had 0 rateups in the limited banner with an abysmal 1.5% 3-star rate (I had to skip U.Asuna), and I got a single rateup in the actual festival banner soon after, with a 3.5% 3-star rate in a supposedly 6% rate banner. Fes after fes I become more aware that they're not transparent, they just want your money (which most companies do), but they go extra lengths without any shame in regards to it. Do NOT give NEXON money. If you give them money they'll just make your life even more miserable. Look at Klee, a very famous whale who goes 800 pulls+ without getting any rateup in a frequent basis. That's NOT normal at all.

---Gameplay---

In regards to gameplay itself, ever since they introduced Grand Assault, it's been a dead horse of a gamemode. Forcing players to replay Insane difficulty after over 4 years of gameplay is a massive chore and shows a lack of creativity in regards to what could have been done. Since this also means half of your raid rewards income are now limited by a timed ticket, makes the issue of having to save for double fes even more glaring, being forced to spend this resource in a random banner and missing out on 30-40 pulls in a 6 month period. We have raids that have not received any new terrains, or varied difficulties after this long, it just shows they don't really care. The gameplay loop gets boring even faster now. It used to take a while back then on Insane and Torment but now everything is very repetitive since they handpick which content they wanna put out to feature the newer fes units. We don't get a healthy content variation or such, some raids are often forgotten for over an year just because. Takes too long to put out old units in a more accessible way (farmables in raid shop, pvp shop, and they keep repeating units in hard stages), or to remove all the farmables from the gacha pool (which they kinda did on 4.5 but it wasn't really a smooth implementation). They release units that require tons of eligma (see buff/debuff retention on UE40 which is incredibly cancerous and NOT common in the past) but never made getting eligma an easier task, and now they announced UE60 which is quite literally another eligma sink, and a re-hash on the eligma gains from gacha, on top of "giving" the players free 2500 eligma (which is just enough for a single UE50 mind you) but does that change anything really when you keep messing with my rates? Shame on you.

---Support---

The customer support is also not good. Back then I used to have game issues such as not being able to add friends, crashes, items disappearing from my inventory, or emergency maintenances that eat my raid tickets, but they just don't solve anything really. We still get plenty of hackers and I know a bunch of friends that actively report those but they can't seem to figure who's a hacker by looking at the glaring low level off-color units with an impossible clear time right on their face. Some hackers are a bit more slick and hide in lower scores, but if any actual player notices and reports them it should be an easy ban. Except they can't keep up. They take after the reward period to ban players at times, making it a prejudice to players that get pushed out of platinum rank, which should be their own right.

This game had presented amazing visuals, designs, music choice and character building, but over time Nexon has dropped the ball in many areas. They used to have very creative gameplay ideas but now it all boils down to some of the simplest stuff you can do, there's absolutely zero space for creativity now. Just make a team full of fes units and beat any content whichever you like. And get ready to repeat it for one, two years or more. They dragged the hell out of the Hoshino story chapter, and they keep with an absurd Trinity favouritism, it's kinda unbearable if you're more neutral, there's too much glaze from the devs.

It (FINALLY) has rollback which is GREAT, but the update included some bugs that cannot be overlooked. Besides those few issues, the netcode allows for a much broader region search and smooth gameplay. Again it just needs some more options to be perfect. Play this game NOW.

The game runs somewhat better now.
Less bugs, less framedrops.
Still demanding so don't fool yourself.
New weapons are amazing, and I hope they keep delivering updates like these, the balance changes were all pretty good.
If you had issues in the past give it a try.

Port already works as intended day 1
Still testing out stuff but if it runs @60fps *MOST of the time* on my integrated card at 1080p with AA then it might run on a toaster as well
Filters look clean, no stutters, no glitches so far
Long awaited game, couldn't be happier to see it working like this.
The training dummy issue has been fixed so even more props.

After every update instead of improvements we find more and more bugs. Replay system is worse than ever, the servers are all unstable, the event is full of crashes and disconnects........ B-But HEY take this parachute skin and ANOTHER box that you have to buy with another key.

Bluehole has been making very questionable decisions recently. I can't really stand up for this game as it is right now, they HAVE to do something quick to fix it.

Maybe someday I'll have fun actually starting a match and not having to deal with huge desync, no-regs and all kind of weird bugs that happen literally all the time.

Stop trying to add microtransations and focusing on "E-Sports" when all of your playerbase is literally screaming for you to fix your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. No one has to deal with your ♥♥♥♥ for longer than we already did.

Some minor issues related to GPUs cfg, but it can be fixed.

The game is working well, with no stutters or drops. The graphics have been retouched once again, with new stages, sprites, particles, sounds and effects. The gameplay is fluid and responsible, from the re-balance of old characters to the introduction of new ones, more moves and mechanics such as Overdrive and Crush Trigger.

The soundtrack and voices have been redone aswell, and there's plenty of modes to choose from. The tutorials, challenges and trainings alike are even clearer for new players, with options such as detailed inputs and slowdown on combo parts.

This game is totally worth picking up, for the great sprites and artworks, for the advanced mechanics, for the great storyline and diversity of playstyle coming from each character. There's plenty of content to look at. As a fan myself I couldn't be happier.

Apenas comprem.
