I'll update this when the update comes out this weekend, but as far as all of the hub-bub about the 30fps, its not bad. 99% of the games I play are at about 70fps with my 970, and while I can notice that its in 30fps, its not the end of the world. It doesn't detract from the rest of the game. One complaint I have so far is with some of the textures. As others have said, some of them come off as a little murky, like the bags you carry in the tutorial.
