If your a fan of old school survival horror this game is for you! It like a pixelated RE but they do their own thing with the story and characters. For this devs first game they absolutely knocked it out of the park, the voicing acting is really solid and gives great personality for the characters. I did the hardest difficulty for my first playthrough and that was me looking through every nook and cranny for secrets and that took me almost 10 hours to finish the game which was way longer then I expected but I loved it, There is a ng+ for if you want a victory lap which lets you keep your upgrades which is nice if you plan to achievement hunt or just blast some baddies!

I really look forward to seeing more of this series universe and its characters from this franchise! I personally rate this a 10/10 from me! So give it a try if your curious or interested in the games its very much worth the money if your a horror fan!

This is my absolute most favorite creature catching games, The way the story, characters, battles, and just everything I love, The music especially! The added content from the gauntlet and online makes the game just more enjoyable to come back every time. The bootleg hunting is a lot easier then shiny hunting imo and you get a new typing of the respected bootleg you caught.

I will always recommend this game to friends because this game has a very special place in my heart and I would highly recommend you try this amazing game! Remember to grab your cassette tapes and player and buckle up for the ride! Hope to see you in New Wirral!

If you like love crafted themed horror and Resident evil style gameplay I highly suggest you give this game a shot. I really enjoyed my stay at the manor and grew to really like Victor and just the world of the game. Hope to see more games like this from the devs.

Okay this game was a pretty emotional roller-coaster and I'll admit I got teary eye at specific parts and I enjoyed the story really well. The game has a pretty cut art style and honestly brings up good points about just talking about life and what it might like moving on after your time has come. The game itself is roughly 4$ ( 5$ not on sale ) but its really worth it for the story itself. Also yes you can pet most of the animals. So if you're someone who likes side-scrolling adventure games which talks about learning to love yourself and others give the game a shot its pretty good.

So after finally beating the game with a total of 1034 deaths I have to say this game was extremely fun! The absolute hardest bits for me on this game were stage 5-3 and 10-4 because of their mechanics and gimmicks you have to do but dame did I feel good finally beating them!

So now into the game itself 1001 Spikes is a very hard trial and error platformer game. Each characters plays differntly and has their own style. There are two jump buttons to help with the precise jumps a small jump and a high jump. You can also attack to kill enemies or destroy arrows shot at you from arrow traps ( it helps a lot ), I personally prefer playing as Aban the most just felt the most right. I would love to see a sequel to this game / series because yeah I got extremely tilted at some map but at the end it had me be determined to improve each fail attempt to finally win.

Now if you are someone who likes old school style platformers and isn't one to give up on seeing "You are Dead or Rest in Pieaces" a lot then this game is for you! I do wish it had online coop for the other modes but remote play is still really fun aside very small lag hiccups! So if your interested in the game or get it well enjoy the chaos know as Aban Hawkins and the 1001 spikes!

Man this game has been such an amazing ride , Honestly this games design / art / story / music has been spot on! I really liked all the characters and I also like how you can tackle battles is so many different ways using skills or items and planning. Plus a bonus to fans of the older paper mario series if you like that style! I honestly really recommend this game to anyone who played paper mario or want to try something different because this game is really good!

I have to say I really did enjoy this game it game me Banjo and Kazooie vibes throughout my playthrough of it and honestly I had a blast from just exploring the map to the boss fights. The games boss fights were slightly simple but they were also pretty fun, the story is really simple but just runing around exploring the areas of the game made up for much of that. The time rift which can be viewed as bonus areas were really relaxing to play around due to the really nice music. All and all I generally say if you like platformer games, free roaming around the area, and the adorable hat kid you should give this game a try! The game is slighty short i didn't get all the achievements but the game can take about 10 hours to beat and thats if you play it from time to time. I can say is it worth the 30$? Personally I say yes, you can see how much effort the developers really did put into this game but if you persoanlly feel 30$ is to steep give the game a try when it is on sale atleast it really is an enjoyable game.

Now dont let my low hours fool you with the game I have played almost 1k hours on my Xbox 360 of this game and I can say I honestly had a lot of fun laying this game. Resident evil 5 may not be one of the best in the series but the coop was hella fun with friends. Even after 100%ing the game I found myself addicted to the Mercenarys mode. The game may seem kind of hard but after sometime and learning you will be playing like a champ at this game. So yes I would suggest this game to play with friends and I would highly suggest to get the dlc for the new modes they are really fun.
