It's okay. Not much replay ability. Took an hour to complete. Guess it's worth it for the price.

The game has horrible handling when it comes to the cars, the graphics are terrible, every other driver is drunk. The GUI is annoying to use when it comes to entering and exiting the vehicle. You aren't able to hit anyone when they are shooting at you. Generally the game needs a lot of work.

The game can be a bit boring in the begining to get into if you are use to Tycoon games. But once you start playing it, it can be quite fun and intresting. You just have to know the basic fundemntals of what games, need what resources when creating them. Over time the game will also allow your character to delevope tips which is quite useful also.
