TL;DR: The game is awful. Shameless! Even worse than what 10-year-old kids can make with Pygame at coding centers. Did the developer even test their own game? Here are 101 POINTS OF CRITICISM
- Music is way too loud
- No options to adjust anything
- The “About” section talks about “Instruction” and how to play the game? Sorry, it’s “Intruction” because that’s how it’s spelled in the game. Wely gud inglish
- UI of the “Intruction” close button is broken
- Intro video still has a watermark, pixelated, with unbearably loud (and cringe) music
- Boring, nothing beyond shooting and dodging
- Way too few features: Only shooting, reloading, and jumping.
- Soldier textures are ripped from Metal Slug - Prussian uniforms inspired by the second and Third Reich for American soldiers?? Trucks also from Metal Slug?
- Speaking of copyright: Does the creator even understand copyright? Even if assets can be freely downloaded, for commercialization EVERYTHING requires permission. Side note: I once wanted to reupload a music video on YouTube that was almost 10 years old in private mode (not even unlisted). I still had to email the original MV creator, tell them I’d upload privately, copy the original title, description, and credits exactly, then wait a week for approval before reuploading. Doing it randomly like this could get you sued.
- Random background assets like stalls, grocery shops, sugarcane machines, etc. that serve no purpose
- Character holds a German MP-40 from WW2
- The medal score display pointless
- HUD text blends with the background, making it very hard to read
- Enemy sniper rifle sound is extremely loud, no audio normalization. The sound is taken from Sniper’s ult in DotA 2
- All other enemies are the same except for the grenade thrower. One grenade and you get one-shot, even though you need over 10 bullets to die
- Death sound effects are stolen from Counter Strike and Half-Life
- Basic bugs: If you jump and keep pressing against the wall, you can stand in midair
- If you jump onto the flag while pressing right, you get stuck in midair
- No max HP cap. Even with a full HP bar, picking up more HP makes it increase infinitely (tho it doesn’t display)
- Touching an enemy or turret drains your entire health bar in less than 0.5s. No I-frames? LMFAO
- Camera doesn’t center on the character
- By stage 4 or 5 (iirc), you glitch underground and fall off the map forever
- You can’t press esc to quit or return to the menu; you have to alt-tab and end task
- Steam achievements design are too bad. Description is the same with the title. Images are stretched. And there’s TBT_NPT???
In conclusion: If this was a university project, it wouldn’t even score above 6/10. The only thing this game is good at is capitalising on patriotism and choosing the correct hammer and sickle symbol instead of CCP or USSR’s. It’s just nationalist self-glorification, living off the past, and parading extreme nationalism. Far-right disguised as leftist populism (horseshoe theory).

- Thiếu phần option để điều chỉnh bất cứ thứ gì
- Mục About thì lại là nói về Instruction - các chơi game? Xin lỗi, phải là "Intruction" vì trong game để như vậy mà? Wely gud inglish
- UI của nút close "Intruction" thì bị lỗi
- Video intro còn watermark, lại còn bị vỡ pixelated, nhạc siêu ồn (và cringe)
- Tẻ nhạt, không có nội dung gì ngoài trừ bắn, né
- Quá ít tính năng: Chỉ có bắn và reload và nhảy.[/b]
- Texture lính thì lấy từ Metal Slug - Đồng phục cảm hứng của Đệ Nhị đế chế và Đệ tam đế chế cho lính Mỹ?? Xe tải cũng từ Metal Slug?
- Nhân tiện về vấn đề bản quyền: Người làm quen có nhận thức về bản quyền không vậy? Mặc dù asset có thể download trên internet thoải mái nhưng đến việc thương mại hóa sản phẩm thì TUYỆT ĐỐI cái gì cũng phải xin phép. Bên lề: Có lần t muốn reup lại 1 video nhạc trên youtube có tuổi đời gần 10 năm với chế độ private (Thậm chí không phải unlist). T cũng phải gửi email tới người làm MV nói là mình chỉ up private, đặt title, description, credit y chang video gốc. Và t đợi tới 1 tuần để nhận phản hồi đồng ý mới dám reup. Còn đằng này up bậy bạ như vậy có ngày bị kiện.
- Cảnh vật, asset những thứ linh tinh không liên quan và cũng không có tác dụng gì như quầy bán hàng, tạp hóa, máy xay nước mía...?
- Nhân vật thì cầm súng MP-40 của Đức hồi WW2
- Medal ghi điểm không biết có tác dụng gì?
- HUD thì có chữ tựa màu background, cực kỳ khó nhìn.
- Địch cầm súng ngắm bắn tiếng cực kỳ ồn, không chịu normalize âm thanh. Âm thanh lấy từ Ultimate của Sniper trong DotA2
- Những kẻ địch khác thì cũng y chang. Ngoại trừ kẻ địch ném lựu đạn. Sơ hở ăn nhầm lựu đạn cái là bị oneshot mặc dù bị dính đạn từ súng hơn 10 viên mới trắng cây.
- Lúc nhân vật chết thì lấy âm thanh của Counter Strike và của Half Life
- Lỗi cực kỳ cơ bản: Nhảy lên mà nếu cứ đè phím di chuyển lên tường thì sẽ bị đứng trên không trung
- Lúc nhảy lên lá cờ mà đè nút di chuyển phải thì bị kẹt trên không trung.
- Không chịu set máu tối đa. Mặc dù đầy thanh máu nhưng mà nếu lụm máu thì máu vẫn tăng vô hạn (Mặc dù cây máu không hiển thị)
- Lỡ đụng vào kẻ địch hoặc súng máy thì bị trắng cây chưa tới 0.5s. Không biết set I-frame à?
- Camera không di chuyển center theo nhân vật
- Tới ải thứ 4 hay thứ 5 gì đó thì bị dịch chuyển dưới lòng đất xong bị rớt khỏi map vĩnh viễn.
- Không thể bấm nút esc để thoát game hoặc ra ngoài menu mà phải alt-tab ra và end task.
- Achievement trên steam thì nhảm. Mô tả như title. Ảnh thì stretch. Mà lại còn có TBT_NPT?
Tóm lại: Nếu mà đem cái này ra đồ án đại học thì chấm không quá nổi 6 điểm. Cái giỏi của con game này chỉ là giỏi tư bản hóa lòng yêu nước và chọn đúng biểu tượng búa liềm của VN chứ không phải của CCP và SSSR. Chỉ giỏi tự huyễn và ăn mày quá khứ, ngạo nghễ trên chủ nghĩa dân tộc cực đoan. Cực hữu đội lốt thổ tả (Lý thuyết móng ngựa)
