This game is basically Mirror's Edge if you were playing as Genji from Overwatch. Really fun and worth it overall in my opinion. Probably the most sweaty single-player game you will ever play since you have to be pretty much perfect and not get hit by enemies, otherwise you restart from the checkpoint back to square one. Loved the world and feel to it. Wish there was more time for world-building, but loved it nonetheless.

If you played the past AC games, just a fair warning that this completely different from all of them. It is an RPG-like game with an ability tree and experience point system. It isn't like this game takes away from the entire formula, but it is drastically different. All of the side and main quests were splendid because they had a different formula from the previous games (I was so glad there were no tailing quests). The overall story was very interesting and the famous characters they depicted that I recognized were all well done, so this game will have you enjoying how the Assassins started.
This game was fun, but looking back on everything, it was just an okay experience. I didn't enjoy the combat style at first, but it grew on me and once I figured out my own style of playing, I began to have fun. I really liked seeing Egypt and how it isn't all just sand and desert, but swamps and other types of terrain too.
I have felt that all AC games are very glitchy, but this one seems to be the least of all the games I have played so far, which was a big improvement in my book.
After about playing the tail end of the game, I drastically became bored and started to just rush through the story. I also bought the DLC, so I drudged playing through that. The Hidden Ones kind of sucked. Nothing really interesting there, but I loved the Curse of the Pharaohs! I won't spoil it, but let's just say they introduce very cool stuff in there which I think is worth purchasing.
I think this game is worth purchasing personally, just be aware it will take time to beat.

This game is pretty good. It does very well at introducing new mechanics that weren't in the last game that do capitalize on the experience. I also really enjoyed doing the side quests as an added bonus to do other things besides challenges, finding relics/documents, and raiding tombs. The combat is pretty solid.

I would also like to say that this game is very good, but I don't think it is worth it for the story. While it is mildly interesting and there are twists, you can see them coming a mile away. You learn some history on Lara Croft, but that is really it. Also the story just falls flat at the end. I will say I do enjoy all of the characters and their traits, but they don't seem that important to the story, even though it is a step up from the last game.

I do enjoy the last game a little more though because there were a lot more puzzles than gunplay. In this one, it seems like there's more gunplay and less puzzles. This game overall is really good though and worth getting.

Definitely one of the stronger games in the series. It felt like an amazing breath of fresh air when I played it. I really liked the hookshot that helps you climb faster. For me, as I get farther and farther into the series, I get more and more impatient when it comes to climbing the walls. While the parkour/climbing isn't perfect in this game, I felt like they hit the nail on the head. It feels pretty smooth for the most part.

I really like the Skill tree in this game. In Unity, they took away basic gameplay mechanics from previous games, but in Syndicate they actually added to it this time and kept the same core mechanics from previous games. Also really liked the gang upgrades too.

The side quests felt important when playing them. While most, if not all, of the side quests weren't important plot wise, there was a sense of importance when you're either making more of London "less red" on the map to get more territory for your gang or talking to an important historical figure.

The story was pretty solid. Unlike Unity and Rogue, it felt like there was a sense of purpose when doing every mission when all of the templar leaders are laid out in front of you in the pause menu. It was interesting getting to know the enemy and your two protagonists as you journeyed through the main story. I also really liked the ending. While it seemed weird for the story, the final cutscene felt just right for an ending. Also the story for the Jack the Ripper DLC was fun.

My couple of gripes is that I wish Ubisoft polished the game a little better. Lots of glitches, especially in the Jack the Ripper DLC; however, the game is playable. Only other gripe is that on the box art. Evie deserves better.

If you are thinking about buying it, I would say it's worth getting.

The game isn't terrible, but I would say the only reason to get it is so you don't have to sit through 200 episodes of Dragonball Z in order to relive your favorite moments. The gameplay is alright. It is kind of confusing at first but you get the hang of it plus you just keep using the same combo over and over. Really the only reason to get this game is if you want to relive the Dragonball Z series and because that is what I wanted to do, I would say it is worth it, but get it on sale.

I am not sure why everyone loves the parkour in this. While it is slightly better than in previous games, I prefer the AC4 parkour more because at least you can control it better. The game doesn't even know if you can jump up while halfway up a wall or wall eject. It frustrates me to no end. I also feel like the parkour is very easy to get interrupted if there are 2 different platforms with very similar height and you want to go left, but your character goes right instead.

The story is just bad too. I feel like most AC games are telling the story absolutely horribly after the ezio trilogy and AC3. The modern-day story just absolutely is both unimportant and uninteresting and the main story is bogus! I can't figure out who is who and what is going on, but that is probably on me. I also hate how Arno is literally Ezio 2.0. Make another unique character for goodness sake!

There were some things I did like about it. I really liked how it gave you "opportunities" to assassinate the main targets in different ways. Like tipping a lady to open a window or being able to poison a guy with wine. It is very unique. Some of the side missions are also interesting, like being able to solve a murder, but it feels like it is in the wrong game. Also there are so many side missions that it is overwhelming, but that could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your perspective.

I definitely do not recommend this game. It is pretty boring overall and just feels like a time waster. I didn't even feel like I was having fun. I just felt like I needed to do something while I was bored and this was it. Personally, I think you should save your money and watch all the cutscenes on youtube for the story.

This game is fine. The appeal is being able to play as a templar and that is it. It is basically DLC to Assassin's Creed 4, which is fine, but feels like the exact same side missions and everything maybe aside from what you are collecting. Overall the game is fine, but the story is bland and none of the characters are really interesting. In the past games there actually felt like interesting mechanics or an awesome historical era or at least an interesting concept (like pirates instead of old american dudes just chillin) that made you want to play the next game, but this one is just meh because they give you the exact same weapons and everything as Assassin's Creed 4. Me personally, don't waste your money. Just watch the cutscenes online and call it good.

This game is good. I have never really played a tomb raider game before, so I was expecting Lara to be this very experienced tomb raider, but she is actually just swept into the action on accident. It is really funny that the developers only had one thing on their mind when making the story and that is: "how can we continuously ruin Lara's day?" Lara just has a ton of bad luck, but it is honestly really funny to see her constantly almost dying. Really good balance of puzzles and gunplay. I had a really good time.

Very good game! Please play this! It is a very relaxing game to play, has one of the best narratives in video games, and has phenomenal acting. Especially the people who play Die-Hardman, Higgs, and Clifford. It is a really long game and there are a lot of side mission and easter eggs to encounter. I am not sure what they did different in the director's cut aside from photo mode, but all I have to say is this game is really great! Please play it! You will not regret it, unless you really don't like the idea of sitting back and relaxing as you hike through gorgeous landscapes!

Both games stories were very well written. I enjoyed being able to jump around from timeline to timeline to get different endings and see what happened during said choices instead of restarting the game all over again. I think that was a smart decision on the developers part. Solid game if you like puzzles and mystery novels.
