Played the original and loved it, but the sequel adds many quality of life stuff. Love the new pacing of the story with the new phases system. Makes the geoscape feel more real.

Not a lot of tutorials and you are kinda thrown to the wolves once you start your own world. But there is a certain satisfaction in mastering all the skills and building techniques needed to survive.

Leaving out all the references to the expanse, this game is seriously a gem. Plays out like a live game of Battleship where knowing where the enemy's location is half the game. Seriously amazing, worth climbing the steep learning curve. 10/10

Another instant gem. Survival game done right with progression tied to boss fights that are actually challenging (if you dont cheese them ;) ). I can easily see myself hitting 1000+ hours when the new updates drop.
