I love Runescape, it's by far one of the most lovable and enjoyable experiences an MMORPG player can partake in. I've put thousands of hours into this game with many more to come in the future, but I absolutely cannot understand why Jagex is okay with the subscription fee increase with nothing to balance it out.

Increase the sub fee, fine, but throw us a bone. Let us have multiple characters, more QOL, SOMETHING - but charging the equivalent of WoW's sub fee for less QOL and less customer support (which says a lot for Blizzard lately) is absolutely insane on Jagex's behalf with no communication or plans to change any of this.

The fact that Reddit and Twitter are more reliable for Jagex Customer Support than their own website and they want to charge the same as WoW for one character is absolutely ridiculous.
