I understand the MTX removal has been a fiscal challenge for Jagex, but forcing us to pay the difference is not the move to build customer loyalty and only serves to come at our expense, after arguably one of the best updates this game has ever seen. Truly a shame. If we get better customer service alongside multiple character slots, I'll resub, but costing as much as WoW is wild, even for Jagex.
