Its like this game was made for the deck. It's such perfect fit, definitely recommend for deck users

I've probably actually only played this game for 3 hours
The rest of the time has been waiting in the download screen, downloading 110GB of updates at 7mbps even though I'm on gigabit fiber, then eventually giving up

Update a couple years later: Still have barely played this game due to update problems. I've tried every fix I can google with no hope. Leaving my pc on overnight for 3 days just to update this game shouldn't be the norm.

I loved ETS2. I love ATS. But I can't agree with the pricing model, and I wish they did more with it.

ATS is just ETS2 with new maps and trucks. It's the same game engine so there's nothing amazingly new. No crazy new graphics, no new mechanics, no new business aspects. It's just trucking. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, this game is very relaxing and great to play especially when you're bored.

My biggest gripe is the DLC. At $12 per state, this game will have $600 in DLC by the time all 50 are done, not including all the other skins/trucks DLC they add. When I purchased this game when it first came out I expected that it was kind of like a beta and that they would add more states as they developed it. I had no idea this stupid expensive DLC model would be here.

If Microsoft can release Flight Simulator with an entire photo realistic WORLD and hand crafted airports with advanced weather and aircraft physics for $60 with regular updates then I don't understand why this game with it's copy and pasted play areas needs $12/state. Not to mention how slooow they are releasing them.

Great classic game. Good music. Good to go back to a simpler time

Early Access Review
It's one thing if your early access game has bugs before release

It's another thing if your early access game has made millions of dollars but has had the same easily replicated bugs for months and you've done nothing about it.

Fix your game already.

The type of game that you think you've been playing for a few minutes and it's actually been a few hours.

The physics is cool but there's not much to do other than drive around in mud.
Feels more like a $5 demo than a $30 game.
