when a face transplant goes wrong the result is a giant mutant zombie which our hero monkeyfart32 has to fight off with his bare hands. He punches it in the face and kicks it into outer space where the alian version of him has to fight it off making it an endless game of ping pong because the alian version kicks it back but they keep kicking it back and forth until it desinigrates in outer space.
