I'm pretty tolerant most of the time but there is a limit. constructive feedback or criticism are welcome, but I don't need you or several others in your guild to come and constantly invalidate or gaslight about what my reasoning is. You can leave if you don't like it.

Note that:
1) I have indeed been criticizing the new paid membership from the moment it was announced
2) criticizing is clearly not welcome
3) the dev has admitted that he is doing this (partly) for the extra income
4) no other people from 'my guild' were involved, and i gave leadership of the guild to someone else several days before this
5) Under 30 seconds after his last message i was banned without means of appeal, or prior warning/mute/...
6) the dev has previously said
'Our moderators have to follow a detailed guideline and we've always encouraged players to submit report tickets with evidence if they see any abuse or incorrect mod actions. There has been no such reports in recent times of any evidence that would demonstrate what you are saying, so it seems pretty disingenuous to make such claims when even you yourself have not made any reports or provided evidence. In fact, you are welcome to post any imgur links or screenshots of what you've observed as "power-trips" or similar abusive behavior.'
i wonder which guideline he followed himself. he certainly didn't leave room for appeal. also there are no rules posted on the discord, and my diret question about it in an official ticket about where i can find the rules got ignored. of course you can not find these 'moderator guidelines' or any information about this anywhere either.

I am certainly not the only one being critical, i've seen many people who question your motives, a small fraction of them have also left reviews saying as much.
I am certainly questioning your reasoning, but you are the one who is gaslighting your community, not me.
Give me an example of how i am misleading people?

over a year without an update in an EA game? starting to look more and more like abandonware

Devs pretty much abandoned the game, we've been waiting on some promised features for over 2 years now, and are lucky to even get 1 update per year.

the game launched yesterday
There is a 7 day event on where you can complete quests every day for rewards
on day 2, the quests are: Daily log in x2 and Top up a total of 1000USD

they expect people to be paying 1000 USD before the end of the week

if you are not a huge whale, avoid this microtransaction gacha hellgame

can no longer recommend after the last update, which added a predatory money making scheme
if you ever had a gambling addiction, do yourself a favor and stay away

EDIT: in addition to the above, many, MANY people are being banned from the subreddit, the steam forums, and the discord, and a lot of posts and topics are being deleted

in short: awful, predatory developer, avoid this game at all cost

Game won't start up properly, and freezes after first selecting a dificulty.

0/10, complete waste of money

Took me 4 hours to reach the max level (this is intended behaviour).
after getting to lvl 30, all that remains is a pvp zone which you can't do anything in because more experienced players with better gear hang out camping players at the entry to the pvp zone.

3/10, has potential in the future but is not currently worth your time
