Free Tarkov-style alternative with great QoL and fun PvP maps. Player combat feels good, hit registration is solid, and the kill cam is useful for seeing how you died or if someone might be cheating.

The gun meta is kind of wack—it’s shifted from M4/HK to this season’s U191/T192. It’s not a huge deal since the devs are trying to make more weapons viable.

Cosmetics are overpriced, and most of the items aren’t that great. Some skins are nice, but you’ll probably spend around $25 just to get anything decent or gamble for collection skins. That said, you don’t need to spend money—the game gives out a good amount of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and outfits that are surprisingly solid.

*TLDR* game bad.

Overwatch 2 has become a frustrating mess, a far cry from what it once was. Since Torbjörn’s rework, the game has steadily declined, plagued by power-crept heroes and a lackluster 5v5 mode that feels like a shadow of its former self. The matchmaking system is atrocious, pairing players with wildly inconsistent skill levels—either you’re up against players who have no idea what they’re doing, or you’re in lobbies full of sweaty Top 500 players with no middle ground. This inconsistency makes the game feel unrewarding, even when you win.

Top 500 queue times are another nightmare, often taking up to an hour or more, only to deliver matches that feel unbalanced and devoid of fun. It’s as if Overwatch 2 has reached the end of its lifecycle, desperately clinging to life with each new hero or skin update that only makes the game feel more broken. The latest heroes like Sojourn and Juno are perfect examples of how out-of-touch the design has become, with abilities that completely overshadow older characters and further destabilize the game balance.

Blizzard, it’s time to make a decision: either fix the game at its core, or let it go. Stop with the endless cosmetic updates and actually address the fundamental gameplay issues. Not even bringing back 6v6 would save it at this point. Overwatch 2 doesn’t need another patch or a new batch of weapon skins—it needs a complete overhaul, or it needs to be laid to rest. Let the game burn if necessary, but do something other than this endless cycle of mediocrity

It's so bad that its good. Every cut scene is beyond garbage, yet the horrible acting makes it a masterpiece on top of the super glitchy and beyond buggy game play, the plot is the worst thing I have seen. I got shredded from laughing my ass off every 10 seconds.
