Incremental game disguised as a game about running around naked and shooting hordes of wannabe tech billionaire fascists (also regular fascists and zombies) with a sniper rifle that shoots more bullets per bullet than your average AR, wall hacks are a mid-tier character ability and the zombie fox pet will still down itself saving your ass from dying to slenderman's cousin (while slenderman is on paternal leave) but every time I finish up the new release they just serve up more, help.
(I didn't play for 10 years. I was expecting I had missed out but nope, they do reruns of prime warframes at the end of the year and hard-to-obtain warframes can be collected from weekly rewards for newer content. Didn't take long to bring my account back up to being able to take on endgame. Same game I knew and loved but now way less clunky and much better for stress relief. Way more game modes too, feels like a suite of games sharing the same mechanics and progression.)

Thank you Monster Hunter team, that launch was rough though and the multiplayer UI is confusing. Also some updates broke the game multiple times.

Don't buy it, it will take over your entire personality.

I was working towards the goal of having my shop automated so I can start collecting all the cards, which was fun for about 8 hours... but what's the point when the developer hid all the AI slop in the 3rd tier of packs? I don't want to collect AI generated pokemon. I can go on chatgpt or something if that's the experience I want. Hire some real artists you hack.
If I knew this game had AI generated assets in it I never would have wishlisted it. Abusive marketing that only reveals its ugly side after you can't refund anymore. Disgusting.

Avoid buying this, it's a scam.

Works on the deck, but you need to configure your controller or the interface is infuriating. I still do not have a controller setup that lets me access all of my skills and items at once.

It focuses on the loot, the fights and the party dynamics. You will progress much faster on multiplayer than you will alone, but solo play is very much doable if you have no friends who will share loot drops with you. If you build smart you can solo the bosses.

It's just fun.

Pros:
Great roguelite, greater with friends.
Risk of Rain 2, but with more thinking involved.
Lots of character choice.
Up to 4 friends can play.
Fantastic art style.
No in-game shop, no premium currencies. Just some reasonably priced DLCs that I will pick up when I'm ready for more characters/weapons.

Cons:
The talents system just straight up reduces the game difficulty for players with more hours in the game.
Some of the SMGs feel weightless and awkward even with high recoil modifications.
Latency can get weird for long-distance connections (experienced with Europe - South America private lobby) and shuts down certain builds/weapons if it's bad enough.

Speechless.
If you're a creator of any kind, please play it. If not, maybe this is not for you. However, if there is a particular creator whose work you enjoy, you may still find a great depth of value in this experience.

Under the assumption that the developers will add some more, it's a very good sign when my only complaint is that there's not enough game.

I 100% completed the game on medium difficulty in 11 hours.
But those 11 hours were incredibly satisfying, the best part of playing this game is managing to do all of the side missions and find all of the animals in one area. The game rewards you for this with a wonderfully satisfying map at the end.

I'll probably keep playing for achievements, here's hoping they add more game!
