Definitely takes some time to understand all the mechanics, but once you start to get a grasp on it you start to have a lot of fun.

Overall a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. Just another example of a game company milking its fanbase for as much money as they can possibly get. Almost all the promised cosmetics from the game trailers and previews are locked behind a paywall, while the few cosmetics available for free are gated behind a drip-feed exp system. The only positive thing I can say about this game is the gameplay as it can be very fun. Yet even with the gameplay being fun, I find myself questioning the purpose of multiple new guns and their replacement of classic guns from the franchise. Half the time when I pick up a gun I question whether or not it has the capacity to earn me a basic kill. Overall, I am tired of giving the benefit of the doubt to game studios like 343 industries when time and time again they have proven to be almost incompetent when it comes to making a good Halo game.
