Edited: originally I down voted and was in the process of a refund for how badly the game lagged and barely playable... Turns out it was a computer problem and after a quick reset it runs smoothly and has been a fun time playing!

It does seem pretty basic compared to previous SpongeBob titles but it is a kids game for today's generation, overall I still am enjoying this game

fun over all so that's why ill give it a thumbs up but it is the most buggiest and broken sh*t I've played... like some side quests can't be completed cause it softlocks you in a interacting state... or specific objectives are just not there. very poor optimization and clunky
overall its just as good as the first one but mostly made from the dumpster

Thank you to all the rich people spending thousands of dollars on cosmetics so the rest of us can enjoy how amazing this game is for FREE!!!

I was eh about nightreign at first when it come out but now I been loving it, tons a replayability and trying different builds based on what you find and now we got 2 new characters and more weapons and bosses as well as a new map which looks awesome! I hope they introduce more from other souls games and would love to see maps from other games aside from elden ring

Played it many time but never finished it, this time I will finish it but I've been obsessed with Silksong so it taking time, but it has always been a fun experience every time i play this game!

so much fun! loved the first one and silksong is just as good, alot of content to find and with dlc around the corner I am excited to see what it brings!

Cant complain about optimization as I do have a UFO computer but this game is so refreshing! its defiantly has things that could be fix, notably the 30 fps cap in cutscenes, but gameplay is smooth and has a big open world.. there is so much content with bounties and challenges plus a nice fresh take on the story with a new villain.
kinda disappointed that the siren is back instead of 4 completely new hunters but her kit does seem fun thus far.
another perk i love is the ability to have different tags on weapons and a huge filter list to find niche stats/perks on weapons i have collected or wish to purchase from vendors.

so far i'm having such a good time playing.. at the moment ill give it a 8/10

The story alone makes it a GOTY nominee! Spend an hour for the prologue exploring and talking to everyone I could and by the time I got to ACT 1 I was trying to hold back tears as much as I could!

Some of the camera filters and depth of field in the cinematics could be better as well as the aweful zoom distortion around subtitles should you have them on but the animation and the emotion you feel from the characters are just so powerful!

currently I say 9/10... will update once I beat the game!

update! Ok so I did finish this game a while back from this review update and I gotta say it was a journey! I absolutely loved every minute of gameplay. the story, visual and combat is smooth and clearly has a lot of talent behind it all!

Personally I want to see this win game of the year!

EARLY ACCESS RIP AND TEAR!!! yes it has its bugs that need to be fixed but this game is so much fun! ultra nightmare and the ability to customize how hard or easy your game will be is such a nice feature as well as increasing or slowing down the gameplay!

also music goes hard as always!
