Even though I'm very bad at the game, I've been enjoying it quite a bit. It's a cute story that although nothing special at first glance, has clear hints of being something to look forward to discovering more of. Also special note to the pixel art, it fits perfectly and is very well made.
The gameplay is fun, roguelike with bullet hell battles, and though - again - I suck at it, it's already turning into my preferred game to just pick up and play a quick run of whenever I get a few minutes of free time.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone, even if you think it isn't for you - you might still be pleasantly surprised.
I'll continue playing it for many hours, I'm sure.

Another amazing game in the Tales series. The characters are easily whithin the best of the series, the gameplay and battle system are more intense than ever, and the plot is simply incredible. I've finished the game a few minutes before publishing this review, and I'm already looking forward to the next entry in the series (Tales of Arise) that only needs to be half as good as this one to have my recommendation.
