The game absolutely captures the feel of the 40k universe. The generated banter between characters adds to the feeling that you are in the 41st millenium.

Are there issues? Yes, the game just came out. Are they enough to make me enjoy the game less? If I were to give it a percentage, I would say that the chance I enjoy this game less because of the issues is about to equivalent to the number of Wolves on Fenris...

Best map drawing program I've used. Having settings to export to FoundryVTT is a god send

I got this with Humble Bundle and I actually really enjoy it! On normal there have been a few scenarios that were actually very challenging; which was definitely a surprise.

I am not one to write reviews for games I enjoy. Normally, I will only review something if there is an issue or if I didn't like it. You know, to spread hatred in the internet like every good interweb denizen.

But this... this game... was absolutely fantastic! The game play is simple and straight forward, the graphics are a little dated; but the story, animation, and voice acting are absolutely fantastic! I have never been so drawn into the story of a game that I absolutely had to know how it was going to turn out; that I had to pull myself away because it was so gripping.

It is such a rarity these days for a game to focus so heavily on the single player and not bore you after a while. Assassins Creed has great story, but takes forever and the story can be left behind as you get distracted by the shiny side missions. This game is the opposite. It is narrow minded in that it is always pushing you forward. Yeah, there are a few side missions and the standard collection stuff, but the main story is just absolutely compelling.

I tried this game on a recommendation from my brother, but I wasn't able to get over how poorly the camera was controlled by the mouse. It did not have a smooth acceleration, so when I would move it would start slowly and then snap around, causing me to often over look where I was trying to aim.

Maybe that works for console, but definitely not for PC. I move the mouse, I expect the camera to follow the movements precisely.

This is nothing more than a reskin of Blood Bowl: Chaos edition. Sure, the interface has improved *slightly*, but using skills can actually be more cumbersome.

There are less teams, and any further teams that are going to be added are going to be DLC that you have to purchase.

Worst of all is that the Random Number Generator is just as ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in this as it was in their previous 3 editions of Blood Bowl. Unless you are rolling blocking dice, expect to fail about 30% to 40% of the rolls.

Complete waste of money considering I already had the Chaos Edition. Even worse was that I had to pay extra to play my favourite team: Wood Elves.

♥♥♥♥ Cyanide, I am done with their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ games.

I was actually surprised at how enjoyable the game was. The one downside is that it isn't very long. I got through the story in roughly 5 hours.
