Still gets the blood boiling in a satisfying way.
Kinda hate some of the newer characters, but it's prolly just cause I play so off and on that I don't have the muscle memory to deal with them.

The price point to how the game feels compared to sins 1 is, quite painful.
Sins 1 does everything right and more in that there's still so much to learn and explore within it.
Sins 2 feels behind by comparison since the diplomacy mechanic is basically non-existent and hard to learn due to a lack of feedback, while some mechanics feel very much forced into a railroad. There's some things that are really cool and expressive, like the faction/ship colors being customizable beyond the main color, but functionally feels very lacking.
It's worth it to at least try, but I'm going to leave this in the basement till it can age like a fine wine.

I have hopes, but not much.

It's a good game, but I don't recommend it for PCs of weaker fortitude.

post 2018 Garrys mod is kinda just a money grub now.

DPS are overtuned and their ults are so easy a bronze can become diamond from holding M1 down a choke.

Neat game worth about 10 schmeckles IMO

Bad things are:
Not all of it works, SEAF artillery side OBJ breaks inconsistently for seemingly no reason, warbonds are slow released and generally underwhelming, the game is underpolished for how long it's been out. Some stratagems intended to work incredibly well tend to underperform in weird situations (bile titan living through direct 500 KG bombings, side objs not breaking to general 1 shot stratagems)
The devs don't moderate their reddit community at all and allow the moderators expected to uphold their community values to DOX their community members and then ban all forms of criticism to avoid the repercussions of their actions, or lack of.

It would be nice if the devs would address the drama properly by actually apologizing, and take the time necessary to fix the issues the game has.

This game dev company has a habit of making "collabs" with small or dying fandoms so they can price a bunch of skins at the same value as Elden Ring + DLC.
