salut imi place profilul tau dar uite o reteta pt racitura :
1,3 kg picioare de porc (3 buc)
700 g ciolan afumat (dezosat) sau 1 kg cu os cu tot - poate fi și ciolan crud, neafumat
500 g carne slabă de porc (pulpă)
