EDIT: Changing from 'Positive' to 'Negative'

They nailed down making one of the best mutliplayer gaming experience in the last decade, but they're *impressively bad* at carrying out live service product, outdoing Arrowhead with Helldivers 2 somehow.

Just *some* of the reasons:
- Promising 4-month roadmap at first, that turned out to be a disappointment - not as nearly enough content, no excuse for this after selling 13+ million copies
- Very questionable prioritization (new content, features, and improvements) - not addressing very obvious system frustrations, e.g. progress system, wiping bps with expedition, expedition as whole not being rewarding, lack of UX improvements of jumping around between dozen of screens to prepare for raid, hey, at least we get a copy of a Fireball that explodes.
- "Whack-a-mole" balancing system, where they just nerf everything that is even slightly 'out of line' by numbers, sucking the fun out of the game by making all items just bland and boring. (perfect example is the latest weapon duration changes, other reviews pretty much explained)
- Last but not least - the newest map, which is just a small fusion of the Blue Gate and Spaceport assets

It's very hard to keep going back to the game knowing that Embark apparently has no intention to use such opportunity, but rather keep shooting themselves in the foot at every corner.

Honestly, I'd be surprised if they manage to ruin the ol' classic "Stella Montis Free loadout" runs, the only thing that remained somewhat fun, not as repetitive and engaging, for many.

No, just don't.

Menu no. 1, click "Play" - 1 restart
Menu no. 2, click "Play" - 1 restart
In menu no. 2, for some reason, something is locked, press "back" button - restart
Endless loading of shaders during loading menu, loading stuck for some reason - restart
Click "Play" on Steam in the library and repeat the whole process.

Whoever decided to blend all the CoD's, DLCS, campaigns, multiplayers, all the other crap and for some bloody reason even Black Ops 6 Open beta, is a true mastermind of it's kind.

This game comes with a curse - after you play it, every other FPS game will feel sluggish & clunky.

It is a little different, less atmospheric and harder than Doom 2016 (which is mostly why some bad reviews are around) - but the gameplay itself is unmatched.

This is how you make an Early Access game - beautifully polished and quite a decent amount of content, unlike many buggy cash grabs.

It makes no sense and the Fiend is totally immune to damage from classmates during killing animation BUT ALSO can spawn out immediately after execution.
Also one time Fiend downed me while he was stuck inside the room where you revive teammates - through the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ door.

This game is insanely good. Very fun with friends.
Unlocking grappling hook and using it feels like a cheat though.

This game is insane.

One of few games I keep coming back to.
It's good.
