First of all , every issues that were in Yakuza 7 (Gameplay, quality of life, jobs & etc...) have been fixed & improved. There's a lot of side content to do , some are a hit or a miss but by completing them, you'll highly get rewarded which makes it worth it. There's a lot of grinding to do as well (Optional but recommended, like Dondoko Island, Sujimon Story, Dungeons & more). Some are worth doing more than the others but I completed all of them , excluding the DLC since I don't have it but you're not missing much if you don't have it.

For the new map (Hawaii), It's a pretty nice change of location & feels great to be outside of Japan since the franchise has always been based in Japan. The soundtracks are amazing & are absolute bangers like usual! They added a radio/playlist, so you can explore while listening to it (Which more games need to do).

I highly recommend newcomers not try this game first & to start with Yakuza 0 & work your way up until this one since the entire series is heavily story based & somewhat connected to this one but you could also start with Yakuza 7 if you don't want to play the older ones.Sadly, you can tell that this is the last time that Kiryu will be playable since they bring back a lot of memories from previous games & show bad signs of his well-being...I was more invested in his story than Ichiban's since he's been the flagship protagonist for the entire franchise but Ichiban's story was great as well!

Kiryu's story started in Yakuza 0 which I started with & instantly became in love with & proceeded to play every game after that. Just seeing his journey start from a young man with no hope to a legend on his last legs has been honorable. Just to witness his character growth over the span of multiple games/years has been astounding. I don't think any game has had such in-depth character development as much as Kiryu. The nostalgia I felt when seeing characters from older games that had influenced him appear to tie up loose ends was heartwarming & sad. It is truly amazing how Takaya Kuroda (His VA) continued to reprise his role & do an excellent job to Kiryu's performance for two decades.

Keep up the great work RGG & I cannot wait to see what's next!

If you expect a quick spin off of Persona 5 , you are wrong. The game is a direct sequel to Persona 5 & is quite long. P5S has a lot of story & character development & even the new party members have their own story line. Unfortunately , barely any part of "Royal" is mentioned here but it is what it is. I never played any Dynasty type games before since the combat is similar in here & not turned based but it didn't bother me at all.

I give it a good 8/10

I wasn't a huge fan of JRPGs until I played this game. I've heard of the Persona series awhile back , but wasn't interested due to it being a JRPG. At some point in my life , I was bored with the games I had & wanted to play something new & decided to give Persona 4 a try while it was on sale. The fact that this game is more than 10 years old & changed my opinion about JRPGs is just mind blowing!

It has a great story & It's not too cliché. Don't get me started with the soundtrack , most songs in this game are a total banger! Gameplay isn't that complicated & pretty simple to understand , the combat isn't that crazy but with the soundtrack playing in the background while you're fighting makes it even better! The voice acting is pretty good & has lots of dialogue. Character development is amazing , you get to know every characters backstory / get to know them through social links which means you have to talk to them or hang out with them. Maxing out social links will lead certain advantages & make unique Personas throughout the game. I also felt emotionally attached to these characters like they were my actual friends ;(

Keep in mind that this is a 10 year old game , so graphics aren't that great. If you don't like reading subtitles then this game isn't for you , since it has lots subtitles & some of them don't have any dialogue. This game also requires patience since you won't be constantly fighting every time , sometimes you'll have to increase your bonds or do side jobs to earn money & etc... You also have to grind a lot since you have to be a certain level to beat some bosses , because you'll have a very difficult time beating some enemies & bosses if you aren't a high enough level. This is also a very long game to finish (Took me around a 100 hours on my first playthrough) , but for the price & replayability , It's totally worth it!

In conclusion , you should get Persona 4 Golden & I can't wait to play Persona 5 Royal!

I've played every mainline Yakuza Game from 0-6 & It's been an amazing journey witnessing the growth of Kiryu Kazuma. Hands down my top 3 game series of all time after putting countless hours into this series & It's sad to see him end his storyline once & for all. It's cool to see that some previous Yakuza characters appear in this game & have proper closures in form of substories but some previous characters that I would have loved to see come back in Y6 did not appear (The Florist , Kazuki , Sayama , Tanimura , Shinada...)

Here's my list of my top Yakuza Games!

1. Yakuza 0 (Where it all started & how I got into this series!)

2. Yakuza 5 (A lot people didn't like this one since there's so much content cramped into one game , but that's what I love about it! Just like in 0 , it has a bunch of side activities to do but It's done a bit poorly I'd say.)

3. Yakuza Kiwami 2 (I was really amazed when I first saw the Dragon Engine & I enjoyed seeing the cabaret club with Yuki make a return! For those who loved 0's storyline , you'll definitely be happy with this one.)

4. Yakuza 6 (It was great coming back to the Dragon Engine after playing 3,4 & 5.I gotta say the combat felt just a bit off & some areas of Kamurocho were closed off but Kiwami 2 fixed the issues that Y6 had.)

5. Yakuza Kiwami (Felt exactly like Y0 but a lot of content has been cut off. Majima Everywhere system was fun & annoying at the same time haha & honestly I felt bored wandering the streets of Kamurocho. The story was great though & quite saddening.)

6. Yakuza 4 (The storyline was such a s-h-i-t show. It was awesome seeing that we had 4 protagonists for the first time with unique fighting styles & backgrounds. I found them likeable but I gotta say those multiple ending boss battles were awesome with different variants of the soundtrack "For Faith" & had amazing dynamic intros!)

7. Yakuza 3 (I know this is an old game but coming from Kiwami 2 to this was something else & My boy Kiryu THICC in this game lol! I really hated the combat in this game , your attacks barely do any damage & the enemies always block your attacks! Inescapable enemy counters on the street & not much to do. The story was good though.)

Can't wait to play Yakuza 7 & see what awaits with Ichiban!

I bought this game when it was on sale & I gotta say that is was one of the best purchases I've made! I haven't been really invested on a single player title since Fallout NV & Fallout 4. I highly recommend Yakuza 0 for anyone that wants a rich story-driven , beat' em up , fun / humorous type of game. The story has so much to offer , it has amazing character development & most of the Boss Battles are AWESOME! There's plenty of Side Quests (finishing every Side Quest for both Protagonists gets you an excellent surprise in the end!). There's great Mini-Games (Karaoke , DIsco , Battling Cage , Climax Battles , some erotic stuff haha) & much more!

Starting with the negatives , I don't recommend the Yakuza Series to anyone that doesn't like to read subtitles since 99% of the dialogue is in Japanese & to anyone that doesn't like to read much since there is a whole lot of dialogue (It's never been an issue for me but I'm just mentioning it just in case it may be an issue for some of you). The game's visuals aren't the best like some NPCs look bad as in their appearance. The Storyline Cutscenes are very well made from voice acting , animation to facial expressions , but for some reason there are 3-4 different type of cutscenes & I don't know why It's like this (Just stick to at least 2 SEGA!!). Some Side Quests / Mini-Games are just meh & there are a few hidden barriers across the map. Lastly , 𝗙𝗨𝗖𝗞 𝗠𝗥.𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡!!!

I'm happy that I got to play Yakuza 0 & I look forward to complete the whole series!

Looking for a fun co-op game that doesn't cost a lot of money?
Well , you've come to the right game , CoD WaW is so unique comparing to older CoDs and I am talking about Custom Zombies , so many fun maps to download and to play with your friends , the fun never stops!
Single Player is ok and the Multiplayer is basically dead , but no one gives a crap , it's all about that Custom Zombies.
I will admit that the graphics aren't that good , since it's a game made in 2008 , but the game is not DEAD though.

Check out ZomMods.com or Ugx-Mods.com to download Custom Zombie Maps.
