(a polite way sayin you are nick and gurr)
After several tries and errors, I've developed what I now call the R-M mental conditionning technique, to complete before every single match. So what is it ?
R stands for "Redbull". Just like yours, my sleep schedule is messed up. The only known solution is obviously to wake up with a lot of Redbull. It increases my heart rate and reaction time. But redbull alone also makes me agitaded and thus miss shots.
M stands for Masturbation. Masturbating furiously is then the solution to make me calm. Alone it would make me sleepy. But by combining the two, I reach a higher state of mind where I am both deeply awaken while serene and precise. Every shot is a money shot, and people of the enemy team tell me I smell fishy while I rightfully take elo.
