They do damage if you're not blocking, or you're in stunlock. If it is a case of lag, I apologize. It just seemed a little off, because you didn't exibit the classic lag signs such as glitch walking, or taking damage well after being hit. Just seemed fishy from my POV. Again though, apologies if it was just lag. Since we're a world apart, I think you're right and i'm just wrong in this case.
