A fresh take on the arcade classic, and a joy to play through with friends. Each class feels unique in their own way, and it's a lot of fun wiping out hordes of enemies together. That being said, the game is really short and can be beaten in the span of a few hours, with the only other content consisting of endless challenge levels.

If I could swing my meat around like Thor swings his axe, I'd be playing super meat boy.

The writing for the story mode of this game is a masterpiece. Comedic characters with interesting interactions between each other and the world, and topped out by a world where you can go explore as you please.

Oh, and you can play tennis too.

A very cutesy and addictive take on Tetris and Puyo Puyo. The different gamemodes offer a wide variety of accessibility for both Puyo and Tetris players, with the swap mode being a personal favourite of mine. The game is highly polished and feels good to play in both styles, and the characters are memorable to those who have played previous Puyo games. The adventure mode, while easy, is full of innuendos and is incredibly funny.

However, despite the game attempting to be accessible to newer players with a few tutorials, there are a lot of advanced techniques that are not taught in depth, and require external information. Any newer player who tries to play online nowadays will likely be destroyed by the same rank 9000 Ghanan Schezo main.

Otherwise, a great edition of Tetris and Puyo to play with friends, though I'd recommend Puyo Champions if you'd rather play that exclusively.

Paladins is an interesting take on the hero shooter genre, with a card-based system that helps it stand out from its competitors. While it may not have the visual polish like Overwatch, its cast and card system allows for a surprising amount of flexibility in builds and comps. Despite not spending a single penny on this game, there is still a lot you can do in this game, though be wary of the effort required to unlock characters without spending any real world cash.

The community and developer interaction is great, and plus, it's free!

Tons of replayability, great game for parties! The game is simple to learn, but incredibly difficult to master and be flashy. A lot of fun especially with friends!

It's literally a merge of demolition derby and soccer. If that sounds fun to you, then you'll love it.

This game... Is very challenging. However, it is much more diverse and complicated compared to other arcade games from it's time. The graphics are great, and they incorporate the usage of D&D rules well. They're games that stay fresh, offering different classes with different skills. While the game is very fun even when playing alone, it's always a blast when playing with other people, as the classes synergize better, and the feeling of kicking butt seems a whole lot better. All in all, these games are VERY hard, but can definitely be done in one go. Like actual D&D, you can choose between various paths throughout the games, which makes every single playthrough feeling fresh, making you eager to see what you could've done instead. Both games are very solid, but the sequel, Shadow over Mystara, is a big step up from the first game. This game will keep you coming back, wanting to know everything you can do.

Who wouldn't want to play a fighting game that requires only two buttons to play, and forces you to outsmart your opponent to win? The concept is simply hilarious; The game features a wide variety of characters, each with their own unique and funny personalites and movesets. Some are even parodies of other characters or real people(Can you guess whom?). With each character having their own unique set, there's something for everyone, and it keeps me coming back for more. Overall, this game has a lot of replayability, it's very entertaining in both design and characters, and it's a great game to play with friends. It's definitely worth it's price.

Fast-paced fighting action, with unique characters(along with unique personalities and backstories!), hype combos, and hard as hell mechanics. Takes time to get into, but the outcome is worth it. Also, boob physics. :p

Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed is probably one of the best arcade style racing games that I've played. It plays so uniquely with its multi-terrain racing, and relies much more on skill compared to other games. The graphics are amazing, and it's hilarious seeing some characters like the TF2 crew on their own respective vehicles. Overall, this is a great buy, even if bought at full price. However, I'd advise you to pick it up in a bundle or when it's at least 75% off for the best value.
