I played the living heck out of this game during the pandemic, alongside Borderlands, Paladins and a couple of other games that became my daily go-to. Especially after work hours. Dying Light offers something unique and cool, something I've never really experienced with any other games before.

Harran is a fantastic setting for a game like this. It is big, and is divided into two different locations. And to make the areas enjoyable, we have a fun parkour mechanic that feels fluid and fast (if you're doing it right of course). Every element of the game like the crafting, weapon choices and combat in general just makes you realize the amount of care the devs put in the game. Some characters also stand out, while the rest are forgettable to be fair. Story was decent enough to keep me engaged.

While there are weapons available everywhere, Dying Light will make you strategize your moves carefully. There are some locations, particularly some key story missions that really had me on the edge of my seat. Not because I was scared, but rather I was figuring out how I could survive or creatively take down enemies with whatever resources I had, or if I could use the environment. The latter is an excellent way to grind xp and resources off dead zombies by the way! This alone makes me come back to Dying Light every now and then.

Even in 2025, the game still receives updates, with my personal favourite being Super Kyle. It's super fun! I 100%-ed the main story in 2022. And right now I am working through The Following. Hope to finish it someday before I dive into the sequel.

Overall Dying Light is a fantastic game. It continues to grow and remains a top tier experience for those who love survival action games with parkour.

A very unique FPS with fun gameplay mechanics. Interesting story and setting. To me it is severely underrated. Deserves a sequel!

Pretty damn good. Satisfying combat and upgrades.

Fun, fast paced shooter. Pretty character models and actually cool looking skins for characters and the associated weapons. It might be even more fun with a full team of friends.

I've never solely tried out a Battle Royale that is also a hero shooter and something that is played in Top down perspective. I know there are similar type of games out there, but this one caught my eye due to its art style and character designs, which I absolutely fell in love with. I'd like my friends to try this out as well as they're also big hero shooter fans. The gameplay is immense fun, especially if you are matched with someone who is too good at knowing the map layout and the loots.
The game is particularly in its early stages but I'd love to see some amazing skins for the champions, almost all of them could have some of the most creative skins ever!

Fantastic game, fantastic story, the weapons feel amazing, top tier level design and an unique art style. I need to play the prequel and the sequel now.

One of the GOATS of the FPS genre.

They weren't lying when they marketed this game as 'Be the Batman'. The Arkham Series has a special place in my heart and Arkham Knight was a solid closure to the series (for now, we're still gonna fight the Bat in the Suicide Squad game so I wish all my comrades all the luck in the world ). The Batmobile sections could've been reduced a bit, I'd have loved to have more hand-to-hand , one on one boss battles like in Origins, City and Asylum. But everything else made up for it.

The visuals, the music, the entire vibe. it is just too good!

I had played it before, thought of returning to it and ....well..

This game needs to be saved and revitalized.
