Yep its as good as they say.

This is my first Atlus game and I don't understand why Pokemon games are still the way they are when these mechanics exist.

Gameplay wise this game was a blast, but turn off the dialogue because if you care about characters or story this entry is quite lacking. While, the motivations for why Daud wanted to kill the Outsider is there, it feels incongruous with the character we met from Brigamore Witches/Knife of Dunwall. Canonically if Billie was spared by Daud it wouldn't make sense for him to suddenly be resentful of the Outsider who was someone who was forced into his position. IDK if you want a immersive sim this will scratch your itch, but just go in pretending all of the characters aren't who they are or they're in some alternate universe.

I probably would recommend this solely for gameplay, but since this game has such a contrived, character assassinating foundation, I can't in good faith recommend it for anyone who's actually a fan of Dishonored, its characters and world.

More like reading a book, than straight gameplay but one of the best RPGs I've played in a long time.

One of the best experiences was being recommended to play this and going in completely blind.
