InnerSloth, the developers of Among Us, have officially stated that individuals cannot be kicked from a game for any reason.

Section 34 of their TOS states: "any individual who purchases a copy of the game has a right to play the game, and cannot be prevented from playing games". This is a hard-fast rule, and violators risk account-wide restrictions.
