Issues with UI scaling and performance on Steam Deck dampen an otherwise exciting remake.

One of the PS Vita's highest rated games and most (in)famous JRPGs of the 2000's.

Parts of Persona 4 Golden show their age more than they should, specifically when it comes to certain character arcs being tonally inconsistent verging on poorly handled and mechanics introduced in Persona 5 (and Royal) that feel noticeable in their absence, but overall this is a JRPG with a great battle system, a lovable cast of characters and some great voice work from both the English and Japaneses casts.

As for the port itself, it runs quite well, minor technical quirks aside. Well worth looking into if you (unlike me and 5 other people total) never owned a PS Vita.

Fantastic game. Shame about the Denuvo anti-cheat always running.

Completely broken on modern PCs.
Tried various configurations and mods, and nothing seemed to prevent either crashes, slowdown or some variation of the two. Perhaps more extensive modding can fix this, but it shouldn't really be required.

This is the best character action game ever made.
Period.
Easy to learn, hard to master, difficulty modes and the Bloody Palace mode give hours of replay value.
If you like stylish action games, you need to buy this game (although you likely have).

Astebreed has taught me that I'm awful at shmups. It's amazing, go buy it.

Christ I want to love this, I really do. But after removing the fps lock via the .ini file, the game still runs at what I'd call sub-par, with a few glitches thrown in for good measure. Also the plot so far is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bonkers with a capital B.
