Did I understand every part of the story? Mostly, I think, probably not really. Did the story make me feel? Yes, very much. Should you play this game? Definitely.

The medieval eldritch-cult genre, for all the immense potential it has, lacks good (or even mid) media representation. This game, despite being small (both as far as production and the actual game are concerned) blows it out of the park. The aesthetic, setting and characters are all top-notch. The combat is admittedly a bit rough in the beginning, but you get the hang of it as you progress (tip, don't be stingy with buying equipment/consumables and using said consumables in combat, the game is short, 4-5 hours, so no use hoarding). No use yapping any more, play this gem of a game.

I have an unfathomable hatred for puzzle games, but this one is a straight up vibe.

Treat yourself, play this over any other game with "Star Wars Battlefront" in the title.

20 years later and, despite being an absolute rushed mess (install Restored Content Mod btw), KOTOR II still has the best story in all of gaming. Apathy is death/10.

A very short game (20-30 minuites at most), it's atmosphere has Lovecraft written all over it. The illustrations and the soundtrack really fit the story's dark, mysterious vibe. Overall, it is a great adaptation, and given that it is free, I would easily recommend, especially to horror/Lovecraft fans.
