Pro:

+ It's a Ghost in the Shell Shooter
+ Teamplay is important
+ Abilities are better reconsidered than in Black Ops III
+ Not Pay-2-Win
+ Good weapon balance and customization
+ Weapons have recoil
+ Orginal Englisch Voice Actors
+ Plays like a mix of CoD and Counter-Strike
+ Steam-Traidingcards

Contra:

- Only Multiplayer Shooter, would be fun to play a GitS story mode
- Sometimes has weird lags
- No Japanese Voice Actors
- Currently doesn't have much variety (3 game modes and a handful of maps pretty neat, though)

Bought it on sale so I have a blast playing that game for only ~4$
One of the early access games that isn't horribly bad
