Akira is a very kindhearted coyote, but far from gullible or naive. He has a habit of getting into mischief or taking advantage of any opportunity he sees. He often comes across as a pervert, but can be very romantic. He knows how to have a good time without becoming emotionally attached, however. He does his best to balance out business and pleasure while keeping his cool under pressure, but is still easily excitable and prone to panic attacks and slight jealousy on rare occasions when it comes to anyone he considers special to him. On the surface he doesn't look like much, but give him a chance and he can prove to be an amazing friend, partner, and/or lover.

Akira is a bit of a unique coyote in which he cares more than most about his personal hygiene. While most would prefer to keep a natural musk about them, Akira prefers to take baths and groom his fur, making it remarkably soft and smooth. This makes him ideal to hug and cuddle with since he keeps it long enough to be very soft, yet short enough to stay manageable. His fur pattern is typical of any coyote: light brown fur on most of his body, a cream colored brown on the front of his body from the muzzle down, and his back has peppered grey and brown fur ending at his tail which has a black tip.
