Hawaii Toast!

Zutaten:

4 Scheibe/n Ananas aus der Dose
4 Scheibe/n Toastbrot
4 Msp. Margarine (Sonnenblumenmargarine)
2 Scheibe/n Schinken, gekocht
4 Scheibe/n Käse

Zubereitung:

Zuerst wird auf eine Scheibe Toastbrot die Margarine gleichmäßig verteilt. Nun kommt eine halbe Scheibe Kochschinken rauf, dann die Ananasscheibe und zuletzt der Käse. Das ganze wird in einem auf 180° vorgeheizten Backofen auf das Gitter (mit Backpapier) gelegt. Sobald der Käse über der Ananas zerlaufen ist, beginnt die Bräunung. Jetzt, wo sich über dem Loch der Ananasscheibe eine braune Stelle bildet, sollte der Hawaitoast herausgenommen und nach 1 min Abkühlung gegessen werden. Dies Backzeit beträgt erfahrungsgemäß ca. 6min.
