Crashes constantly on my high end pc; I have tried everything to fix it so I can't recommend this game.

This game sucks. Endless bugs, poor optimization, almost no graphical options, bad graphics in general, bad controls, servers disconnect you constantly, gameplay is not fun, map design is pathetic, the class system is horrible, and they copied many things from Battlefield 1. Don't buy.

This game is what introduced me to the Fallout series, it holds up even to this day..Well if you get around the problems it has with new machines and windows 10. This game has a superb story and characters that you can understand and almost relate to, even the enemies can be understood.. For example, the super mutants were scientifically made and they think they are the superior race so like the humans in the game they seek out and kill for food and to get rid of the "pests" they see us as. They world is covered in stories of the past and the remains of the people from the past. You can walk anywhere in the wasteland and find a story or a side quest or just an npc that you can talk to and learn about.

I understand that some people despise this game and think it is the worst out of the series but for me this is where Fallout was a work of art and showed the most beautiful story telling I have ever seen and for me this will always not only be my favorite Fallout but will also be my favorite game.

This game has not aged well but is still one of the best rpgs out there.

Bethesda took the ideas and gameplay of Fallout 3 and improved many things, not as good of a story as Fallout 3 had though.

Great game. It's wonderful for fans of the Fallout games and perfect for new players.

Great survival game... if you can deal with the people who shoot on sight.

cool game a bit repetitive after a while, get it when it goes on sale.
