Yes the Time people as you call 'em , but sir I am Doctor Time! I can use my dusty pocket watch to control time... also can you answer this query... What happens if I take my Time watch and take another time watch to dirvet time into the time vortex it's self? I was trying to do that but I then found myself in a rather unusual spot. It involved doing the waltz and balancing a robot consisted of the strange and twisted and deranged type... so it was basically insane in all. So I looked it up in the Hitchhiker's Guide V.8174.09.02 and that turned out to be "unpossible" and that it should also be left alone.
